Dr. R. Benjamin Gaither has been senior pastor of Stronghold Christian Church for over twenty years.  Today he serves as Bishop and Senior Pastor alongside his wife Lady Tonya Gaither.

Guided by faith and service Pastor Frank heads the pastoral care ministry and facilities of the church. He supports spiritual growth at Tuesday Bible Study and brings the senior pastor vision to life through teaching, outreach and care.

As The Chief Elder, he serves as a spiritual leader responsible for providing wisdom, guidance, and oversight to the church community. Through prayer, sound doctrine, and faithful service, the Chief Elder supports the pastor and leadership in strengthening the church’s mission and nurturing the spiritual growth of its members. 

As an Elder of Women of Integrity, Elder Shiela is a devoted servant leader who encourages women to grow in faith, wisdom, and strength through the Word of God. She provides spiritual guidance, mentorship, and support to help women walk in integrity, purpose, and Christ-centered living. 

The Elder of Youth Christian Education is dedicated to guiding young people in their spiritual growth through biblical teaching, mentorship, and discipleship. They help equip youth with a strong foundation in Christ, encouraging them to live out their faith with integrity, purpose, and confidence.
